On Monday 26th February we had to dispatch 150 Anagram Orbz in a box for next day delivery to 150 different address across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. So how did we do it…….
Wednesday 21st February
Take delivery of all Orbz
Test print on Orbz to see if we have the ink mix correct and that it grips the balloon and will stretch with the balloon when inflated

Thursday 22nd February
Printing all 150 Orbz with a double side print
Uploading clients database to the TNT delivery system and inputting all 150 address with recipients name
Took delivery of 150 boxes

Friday 23rd February
Started to inflate the Orbz and attach the tails
Saturday 24th February
Start to construct boxes ready for dispatch.

Ran out of space so had to store them in the van

Monday 26th February
TNT turned up bang on time with a 7.5 Tonne cargo van
So we filled it to capacity. 150 boxes were delivery the very next day to 150 locations nationwide. Let’s do it again next week
